Dr. Ruth Tassie is an entrepreneur, educator, healthcare provider, and business strategist with more than two decades of experience building and leading successful organizations. As the founder of Tassie Legal Consulting and Sanpierre Assisted Living, she has helped providers, caregivers, and business owners navigate licensing, certification, Medicaid compliance, operational development, and long-term business growth.

Before entering the assisted living and HCBS industry, Dr. Tassie founded and operated A Touch of Home Childcare & Learning Center for over 22 years, successfully leading a licensed childcare program while overseeing staffing, compliance, curriculum development, budgeting, and organizational growth.

Today, Dr. Tassie specializes in helping entrepreneurs launch and grow assisted living homes, HCBS agencies, day habilitation programs, and community-based service organizations. Her practical approach combines real-world business ownership with extensive experience in provider operations, policy development, staff training, Medicaid documentation, and regulatory compliance.

As the lead coach at Tassie Legal Consulting, Dr. Tassie works directly with clients to build strong operational foundations, avoid costly mistakes, and create sustainable organizations that deliver exceptional care while remaining compliant and profitable.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience supporting United States Army installations and federal operations, Ian Tassie brings exceptional expertise in business operations, financial management, compliance, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his federal career, Ian has managed complex programs, multimillion-dollar budgets, large-scale operations, audit compliance initiatives, and major construction projects totaling more than $165 million. He has served in senior leadership positions overseeing hundreds of employees, multiple departments, and mission-critical programs across military installations throughout the United States and abroad.

Ian is a recognized subject matter expert in operations management, financial oversight, audit compliance, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and organizational development. His accomplishments include developing regional audit compliance programs impacting thousands of employees, leading major operational initiatives, and receiving leadership recognition from the Secretary of the Army and other senior government officials.

As Vice President of Sanpierre Assisted Living, Ian works directly with providers, entrepreneurs, and agency owners to help them navigate licensing requirements, strengthen operational systems, improve compliance practices, and build sustainable businesses. His practical leadership style and commitment to excellence help clients move from uncertainty to confidence while building organizations that are both compliant and successful.
